Delivery

Delivery methods may vary depending on the product, order value, and destination country. Possible delivery methods can be found on the product page or directly during the order process. All orders are delivered in the manner and with the details specified during the order process. If the offered delivery methods are extremely inconvenient for you or if there is no carrier representation in your locality, please inform us in the order comments. We will try our best to send the order in a way that suits you.

If the delivery cost is specified during the order placement, you can be assured that you only need to pay the amount indicated for delivery. We do not charge any additional delivery fees, except those payable to the carrier.

Opposite each product, the timeframe within which it can be dispatched is indicated. Please note that this is the timeframe during which we commit to handing over the order to the chosen carrier, NOT the timeframe during which the carrier will deliver the order. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the operations of carriers. We continuously monitor the speed of delivery to specific countries and regions and are ready to share our observations with you.

We highly appreciate it when the buyer DOES NOT DELAY IN RECEIVING THEIR PRODUCT. If you are unable to collect your order on time, we will not accept its return, cover the cost of storage, delivery, or refund the amount paid for it. If you have not collected an order sent with a payment condition upon receipt, we will not accept further orders from you until we receive payment.
